I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

I got offer from persistent systems and LTI.
Persistent offered 31.4LPA including 10% variable which 100% payable.
LTI offered 28FIXED with 1.5 joining bonus.
Now my concern is regarding salary brkup in persistent.
They are giving me 50k as basic salary and added most of the ctc part in special skill bouns.
In current org with 19.5lpa have 64basic salary.
I was planning to join persistent but now I am getting confused what to do?

I am filling the onboarding form for my next company IBM where they have asked 2 questions:
1)Were you earlier a member of Employee's provident fund scheme, 1952?
2) Were you earlier a member of Employee's pension scheme, 1995?

All I know is PF and EPS amounts were deducted from my salary in my previous company but how to know if I am a member of these two mentioned schemes?
