I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly. Now I got offer from start up as well (1) , can i still ask her to consider the 2nd offer and pay me accordingly? Or it will lead to offer cancelation:(

So I'm interviewing, have had loose salary conversation (talked about band but not specifics), and approaching the official offer stage. It's become clear the role is something I'm very well qualified for, but their pay expectations for the role are much lower than mine. Hi fishes, I have got two offers, one from AMD, base pay of 17.3lkhs, RSU $24000(vested over 4years) and sign on bonus of 4.1 lakhs.
Other is from samsung base pay of 21.5lkhs, sign on bonus of 8 lkhs. Which is better?

How to decide ?

Getting CTC offer for 18lpa with deduction of epf 42000 included. My expectation given was 18-20 lpa but how can I negotiate for more ? It's a service based company and they donot have any max compensation band for the role they are open to negotiate.( I am getting almost 38% hike on my last CTC which was around 13lpa. Plus i have to give back a retention bonus of 2lpa to my current company.) On what reason can i negotiate for more?
