I have two offers. One from Accenture offering 33 lakhs(26 fixed and 7 lakhs Variable) and other from
Harman offering 27 lakhs fixed and 10% Variable ..

Please suggest which is best offer to take from above ..

During salary discussion in accenture, I mentioned the expected salary only in the terms of fixed component. Does accenture add some variable component to that while releasing offer letter?

I have been offered and already accepted the offer but in the offer letter there was no clause for my relocation however as i am an out station candidate i got confirmation from HR that i will be eligible for relocation and she will revise the offer with the relocation amount. Is this normal thing or there maybe complications in reissuing the offer ?
