New VP product cold messaged me last week, I went through 4 interviews, got an offer today in a product role at Series B high-growth tech co. Have been at McKinsey just under a year, but the offer is above market and legit, even risk-adjusted the equity comp is more attractive over the next few years vs staying at McKinsey. What are the reasons NOT to leave and take this offer? I'm an associate that hit the ground running with great reviews so far.

Hi is it good to say that I already have an offer letter of one company(X) to another company(Y) to get better offer, I just got scolded by HR for this. also I lost the opportunity in Y.

HR scolded me regarding trust issues, time taken to interview a candidate, you will go and come back again to negotiate and what not, all I wanted to was just to improve my current offer.

Computer Monitoring question: I’m starting first consulting gig at a small Salesforce consultancy in a few weeks and am curious to know what level of computer monitoring is normal. Just got my offer from Shell. However the LOE does not detail certain compensation components which are mentioned in the initial offer (market competitive allowance and performance bonus).
