With a consulting experience of two years what should I be more focused on...the job role or the salary?

Deloitte is offering me the position of a Consultant and Accenture of an Analyst (As there is no concept of a senior associate/senior associate consultant in Accenture and you are directly promoted from Analyst to a consultant).

Accenture is providing a higher package (21%higher than Deloitte)

In my current org I need 2 more years to become a consultant. What to opt for?

In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. I am waiting for 10 more days as HR told me it is in process and then planning to file complaint in labour court. Suggestions please?

I am having doubts in my mind regarding a job offer. I have been working for more than 4 years in Accenture and now I am being promoted to analyst level in September. With market correction and promotion, I might get somewhere around 30% increment. However, wipro has given me an offer with around 55% hike on my current salary but on senior associate level only. Should I take that offer or stay at Accenture only?

Internal project vs one of the diamond client project which is better .. as i am working for a big client from last 3.5 yrs and too much work pressure (worked for two teams support when was ASE and SE and Dev SE and SSE) and also got recognised by clients multiple time for resolving critical issues in production and good track record in devlopment team as well.
