Even I am planning to join cognizant soon
Ok. All the best
Complete no to join CTS.
This is true that within a week of joining you will definitely get allocated to a project but problem is you alone have to handle 12-14 hours on daily basis and you can't complaint thia to HR as they will not hear such things.
Don't fall in trap ki CTS is giving more than 100% or 200% hike.
Rest your choice fishes. Good luck
In cognizant they gave same technology in which they hired or they gave randomly any ?
If attrition is high , how would the layoff happen in the near future? Don't worry
Looks like they're completely in very unstable situation. I have heard they are forcing people to resign who are on bench in more than 35 days. They have reduced their bench policy to 45 days now which was 60 days earlier. Considering the instability it's better to look for other options as it's going to be very uncertain here.
Even they are forcing employees who are there in project. The management has gone Mad now a days. Don't join if you are a experienced candidate. There is no job security and some of the managers and very unprofessional
Bro negivity is coming from outside. Cognizant is best to stay for 3_4 years..
You are going to have very good prj allocation in the first 2 months itself
It depends on which practice you work. In my practise leadership does not have vision and growth plan. You will get promotion only if you belong to particular location. I dont want to name practice so dont ask.
They are laying off so only the assertion rate is high. Guys if ur exp is above 8yrs dnt join
No point in joining if your exp is 10 plus yrs. No projects, no challange work.
+1 , YOE :3
