I am a production manager for a residential roofing company that has an average monthly revenue of $500k. My salary is currently $42,000 plus mileage reimbursement, which is roughly an additional $15,000 a year. Big Law associates: Do you see a trend of intense “great resignation” recently? 5 people I know (a 3rd year at WilmerHale, a 7th year at Latham, a 5th year at Latham (same office, same practice), another 7th year at Latham (different office, different practice), a 6th year at MoFo) all quit in Feb. or early March. None of them lateraled (yet) and at least one of them does not plan to practice law anymore. I thought it was about Latham or this practice group before learning about the other two.
