Can anyone help me with what increment and bonus can i expect for Assistant Manager to Manager promotion in KGS(Consulting).

internal transfer into the advisory practice. didn’t negotiate salary when transferred. Just realized that pay is low comparing to people at the same rank in the practice. How to negotiate for a bump?

I want to know from HR or senior management that do you offer less to female candidate provided she has same skills as a male candidate?
Does in IT industry gender doesn't impact compensation?

If you are already on a higher salary than average of your peers within same band, does it impact your hike percentage?

HELP! I’ve been contacted by a small private security firm who wants me to be their “on call” counsel. They describe it as a lot of contract review, drafting NDAs, etc. but also being there if/when they need to license a vehicle, defend civil suit, etc. It’s overwhelming but sounds like a really great opportunity. How long does it take to make that switch?
