Do not want a gaming monitor as they are expensive and I rarely play games.

Budget: around 20k
Please suggest: model, size, resolution.

Just received an offer for a TPM role - Fully remote TC - $125k base w/10% annual bonus (no stock options, no sign on bonus). My current - remote, could switch to hybrid, TC - $110 base w/10% annual bonus, $20k stock options vested over 4 years and a $5k sign on bonus I have to pay back if I leave before May 2023.

New company won’t budge on a sign on bonus. Does it still make sense to accept the offer?
