Is it worth switching from PwC India to CTS at this hike?

Hello all. Looking for thoughts and opinions. I’ve been a sales manager with a small company (I refuse to say it is a start up anymore since they bring in several million in ARR). I’ve been with them for a year and a half. I started at 50k and now make 63k. I am a full-cycle sales manager…the company does not believe in the use of BDRs. There’s no opportunity for growth. Is my salary fair (per MA standards)? I was promised high OTE… but with no marketing team I also hardly get leads.

I have around 7 years of total exp. 3.5 years in Sap bw & power bi. 3.5 years custom monitoring/analytics applications in Sap tech & hana Sql. Done small functionalities in ml like smoothing, z-score, standard deviation, as part of current project. I am in third semester of m.tech. data science bits pilani. Currect CTC around 18. Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

My LWD in CG was in 25th Oct. Before leaving the company i had received all clearances except BU Hr. Before leaving i had several follow up with hr and she said that she will giveclearance on my lwd. But till now they have not givem me clearance. Due to which I still didn't get release letter. I already dropped mail to offboarding team on Monday 31st oct they asked the concerned hr to provide the clearance but there is no reply from her. Anyone has any idea how can I get the clearance?
