Deloitte
Hi everyone, I just had a first round interview for Deloitte M&A Valuation Analyst role based in Australia. I feel like I went pretty well, they were pretty keen at my Analytics background ( DA/Modelling) & my interest in finance (preparing CFA L1 atm)
However I haven’t heard back anything after two days(e.g. book my time for round 2 interview)…I know there is supposed to two more round of interviews.
Just wondering if this is the normal waiting time or I’m not the person they looking?

How is the work life balance at Oracle ?
I had an interview with Godaddy. The panelists were US based. This was just the 2nd round and I am not sure about my performance since none of the 5 rounds are rejection rounds. I realised one thing, that senior guys or the guys from the US barely care about your DSA. Instead of coming with a “Reject him” mindset, they come with a “Assess him” mindset and ask relevant questions. Focus more on, “how” and not “what”. Ask what you’ve done mostly. I find them better than our desi FAANG interviewers.

Why leave IBM?
One of my friends recently resigned from Apisero within 1 year of joining due to bad work culture and racist attitude(location-Pune)
I believe you are making the right decision with Apisero. I've heard that it is difficult to really do anything at Ciyent because they are so disorganized.
why are you leaning towards Apisero?
Frankly I am leaning towards Apisero because lately I have heard good reviews about the working and policies in Apisero and not much aware of the Cyient so
Yes why leave IBM? Do you need to leave IBM? Talk to HR about WLB and Compensation.
If they are not ready to match it time for a change. Plenty of bigger and better fish out in the sea.
