I do have couple of offers and all of them asked to complete the onboarding formalities like filling the bank account details, PF details etc in theirown portals. I prefer to wait for an improved offer, so should I wait till my last working date to fill these forms or I can do it now and it won't affect even if I don't join these organizations ? Am I right ?
