I got the letter of intent from Maruti Suzuki.
And i see variable pay is missing here.
Is variable pay should be mentioned in letter of intent or it will be shown in the actual offer letter?

Please guide and also let me know the in hand salary

Are the grades 130 and above attached to no of YOE in Iqvia ? Can anyone tell me more on this elaborately how the grades are allocated and max pay in each ?

My office recently was acquired by a new owner. He's shown interest in me being his office manager. He's said after this transition period, that they want to give me the official title and pay yo compensate that. But it's been 4 months. The transition is over and I've been busting my butt. On all the documents I am the manager, yet I feel like they just gave me the title without the pay for it. Should I wait a bit longer and be patient, or should I speak up and ask for the raise?

I am in the final steps of the interview process for an in-house position. I mentioned to the recruiter that I had unvested equity I would be leaving on the table. She said the company would take this into account and make me whole. She later asked for proof of the equity in the form of my account statement and balance, which I provided. I have not yet received an offer. Is it typical for companies to ask for this documentation if they don't intend to make the candidate an offer?
