I have 6 years of experience in SAP and I want to switch to a data engineer profile now. Is there anyone here who made a career switch to data engineer after having more than 6 years of non coding experience?. If yes, can you please tell me the courses you have done and the path you have followed?

Hey! I work on IT data analytics (with ServiceNow) but don't see myself growing my career in this area. I've had 2 years of experience, and would like to pivot to another domain/area. DEI, tech policy, or people operations have been of interest to me since I want to use data to enable decision making that positively impacts individuals and communities/populations. I have experience with requirement development, hw/sw/alg integration and testing for medical instrumentation. Usability evaluation, and regulatory compliance testing.

I’ve been browsing the job postings of facebooks, Apple, googles etc.

Any tips?

I am currently working as Branch Manager (scale-2 officer) in one of the leading public sector banks and have 5 yr experience in core banking. I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). I have knowledge of core banking as well as good knowledge of banking tools like finacle, caps, imac etc. I want to switch to private financial institutions.
Any suggestions about such institutions and the domain for I can apply

Starting a FT with a startup and it has a minimum 8 weeks notice to leave the team. Although i have no intention to leave rn, and I’d like to grow with it for some more time, this is extremely long from the average 2 weeks.

I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. I am waiting for 10 more days as HR told me it is in process and then planning to file complaint in labour court. Suggestions please?
