Hi Everyone, I have been an HR Generalist for close to 7 years. I had good managers and poor managers in between. My VP once told me not to pursue my MBA because she would teach me everything she knew. She never did. I am currently going for my SHRM SCP. I joined cognizant this Jan 2022. I thought that they give hike like regular companies in Mar-May 2023. But now I come to know they release hike letters in October only :(
