I have only 6 months of experience working in tcs. And I have total of 7 years of total working experience. I'm really interested to work in tcs but not in my current project. I asked for release and they are not ready as they asked me to work for atleast 5 years in this project. So I'm planning to switch to another company. If I get an offer, will tcs consider my problem by changing the project and match my offered salary?

Hello all, need some advice. Am currently working for a government consulting agency, but wishing to leave due to the way the project is being managed...I am in at least 4-5 hours of meetings a day, so barely have time to prepare for demos, preparation of slides for the client, nevermind being able to write decent stories(tickets)... I got 2 offer, one is for sen software eng for 23 lpa and another is for sen devops eng 21 lpa.
Since I have interest in devops, I thought of moving into devops and also ppl says that devops have good future.

I missed adding parents in health insurance for this financial year. my father cancer surgery happened and I spend 15 lakh from savings and debt. Their is further spends in next financial year April and May for chemotherapy & radiation.

After giving an interview I got a call and mail from TCS hr for document upload on 2nd nov in tcs ibegin, on the same day i have uploaded the documnets in tcs ibegin and on 4th nov the status got changed in tcs ibegin from canditate registered to evaluation in progress but still my document status is showing pending for verification . I have 6.10 YOE. I have been working with TCS for the last 2 months as an ITA. The problem is, I have been assigned into the internal project where I'm not interested to work into it. I was not informed when I asked HR during onboarding time. She said that will be disclosed when I joined the organization. As I have recently joined this organization, I really don't want to move out of this organization but wanted to move out of internal project. Please suggest me a suitable option.
