I have recently moved from one domain to another and within 6months i realised I had made a mistake of changing my domain. Now I want to go back to my previous domain and have started applying to possible opportunities.

Kindly suggest the best possible reasons to give to the HR to convince them to take me back as they fear that I might do this again.l

Hi , I recently went through all the loop , HR round and final HM catch up for a Senior level role at Meta only to be not offered a role (went to an internal candidate). Recruiter was very sympathetic and offered to introduce to any other open roles I am interested in. Should I take him up on it ? I see 2 open roles very similar to the ones I interviewed for. Recruiter had no negative feedback from the teams . Has this worked out for anyone ?

I recently started (5/mo ago) at a new agency and everything is a 180 from my last role and I’m honestly getting discouraged. Everything from pitching style and media approach to the types of clients (I was told in the interview process I was going to be working with some clients but that has totally shifted) and I feel like my experience and expertise is both not valued and ideas shot-down at every turn. How can I turn this experience around?

I’m looking for other opportunities which will provide better WLB. However, I’m wondering if I should wait to start interviewing until after the raise/bonus that is coming up in June. I’m thinking that will give me a better idea of what comp I should ask for the new position as well. With all that has been communicated thus far, I’m hoping for a good raise/bonus. Would you wait or just start interviewing? A few recruiters have reached out with a open positions and I’m so confused.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some post-interview advice. I had an interview last week that went really well. I emailed a thank you to the partners who were in my interview along with writing samples per their request, to which the managing partner responded, “let’s touch base Monday.” I didn’t hear back yesterday and am wondering whether it’s appropriate for me to follow up and if so, how do I word it? Or do I continue to wait? I want to show interest but not come off too aggressive. Many TIA!

Looking to transition to in house. I’m a lit attorney and I’m trying to leverage my skills, getting some interviews but yet to land something. I do some privacy work, but not enough to really be a draw for a privacy counsel role. Would a CIPP certificate actually give me any value when trying to transition or is it kind of like a toss off? I’m transitioning from Art Director to UX/UI Designer. As an AD, I’ve worked on UX/UI but it wasn’t the only thing I did. I don’t know how to title myself on my resume with all my experience being an AD and/or Designer though.

I had a call today with the recruiter and he was saying that the offer would be like between 30-33 lpa fixed plus stocks, variable and joining bonus. Do companies revise DOJ at the end time? I have 60 days notice period and communicated to the HR as well but they have released the offer based on 45 days Notice Period. I am very worried, what if at the end of 45 days, they didn't extend doj? I have not yet put down my paper and no offer in hand.

Inflation soaring all time high . Groceries, petrol already inflated . Today maid has asked to revise her salary which I had increased by 12.5% according to her demand . Landlord asked to revise 10% rent in March which I had to agree .

With no hike at mindtree and inflation soaring high, salary has depreciated over last year but organisation is not bothered about that. So , I am forced to look for opportunities within 1.2 year of joining this organization.
