I have received an offer from TCS. My current company is CTS and discussion is going on about retaintion. I am in a good Indian project. Considering the upcoming recession, what should I do? Should I join TCS or be in my current organization in current project. Please advice. Tata Consultancy Cognizant

I have 3 offers in hand, pls suggest which company to opt for better WLB and Career growth.
TCS : 27L (including 12.5% variable) + 1L JB (final confirmation pending)
Wipro: 29L (including variable) + 1L JB
PWC AC: 27L (fixed) + Bonus as per company policy
PwC Wipro Tata Consultancy
1.5 years will not even be considered as an experience by these age old managers in IT companies.. here you are worrying if you're low balled.. people with 7-8 years exp get this package..
I appreciate your point of view that yoe matters.
But the low balling thing comes only when you consider the position they are offering.

Is there any specific reason not to join practo i am slightly inclined to join practo since they are offering sde2 position.
And are they lowballing me?
Can you suggest where did you apply for these kinds of roles ?
I'm looking for a switch but unable to find a place that takes 1-2 year experience people

In terms of job security I would say Reliance ajio. Never ever think that they are giving sde1 so they are low balling you. In companies like google, amazon etc. they hire you at a one level lower. Because if you’re actually worth for one level higher that will be shown in your work. Plus you will get a good rating and hike.
In times like these don’t look for what level they are giving you. Focus more on job security.

SDE 2 ke liye you can grab between 20-30 so they are lowballing also
