Hey Guys, My Joining is in first week of November and my HR yesterday dropped me a mail that I can buy any laptop one month prior to joining as $1100 would be reimbursed, and I called her and asked her can I buy as of today from the ongoing sales and she told that yeah that’s OK you can go ahead.

Experience: 2.5 Infosys role : associate consultant Cognizant role: associate projects
Package is same for both. I have got a hike of 50%
Should I switch or wait other better offers?

I have 8 years of experience, working as UI developer (Angular)
Have 3 offers from Mindtree, Cognizant and Harman Connected services (7.5% variable). Mindtree is offering less as compared to other two.
Please suggest where should I join which would have better learning and work life balance as well
