Experience 7.2 years.
Appraisal due in this month.
It may be around 15-20%
I have experience in multiple domains and currently I'm working in the technology vertical which is domain agnostic.

Any tips on how to negotiate salary?

I stated my desired income on the very first call and this response was "keep in mind the sign on bonus".
To me that meant the will not meet my requirement.
I did get a job offer from them.... 8K less than what I asked for.

To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture.
