I recently joined IBM i am from Big Data domain i didn't assigned to any project so anyone from IBM know which client/account is the best to work for.

Given all the layoffs happening in the Tech world, should I be worried about layoffs at Visa?

I have an offer from tcs for Asst consultant at 25LPA which I got after stellar interviews, but it was a hard negotiation since my current pay was 17.5 And 25 was above TCS standards for most people at 9.8 YOE.

Now Cg has offered retention at 23 LPA to me.

Does anyone know if TCS will go for a further increase of I present them with counter offer i have and indicate that i am preferring retention.

Started software development apprenticeship around a month ago, for the first few weeks my manager (unaware of the adhd) basically had me sit down and watch videos what he believes are relevant subjects (all during office hours 9-5). I'd basically got to the point where I would get home after the day and have no memory of anything that had happened. Is it a wise career decision to go from a national firm to a local but strong firm? Practiced with the national firm for a year and a half. The firms are the same type of law, but the smaller firm has less billable requirements and is offering higher salary/better bonus structure as well as more independence such as ability to completely run own case load.

I have been assigned to one client project.... During a client interview they have asked qns in my relevant technology but after getting into the project they put me in different tech... Which I have never worked at before...
That project is short term and they are asking to complete the development within 2 weeks and I am the only one resource... I told my tech skills to my pm... He said no other resources is available to replace you.... What should I do now....
