I will be having my final anniversary discussion with my supervisor this week. I badly wanted to move out from my current project. What would I say to make them understand my situation?

At a new gig and the cross office functionality for communication/asset sharing/project workflow is different across the board. Need advice - HOW do I PM at the very least my piece of the puzzle?

A partner put me in charge of a specific project that I ran independently. Things were going well. The client began asking me to do more and more, including revamping their system and internal trainings. The client even gave me a litigation matter. Suddenly, the partner became more involved. I was removed from meetings concerning the revamping, my trainings were cancelled, and he started micromanaging. He has now sidelined me from the project and trash talked me to the client. I am very upset.

What are some examples of fun and engaging workshop techniques you’ve done virtually? Looking to try something different in our next upcoming client session.

How do you get better at Project Management?

Designers, have you ever been in a position where you’re pretty much taking the lead on all aspects of the project? I.e writing project briefs, putting together workshops with client, and on top of that you’re the one actually working the outcome of the project? I’m feeling so overwhelmed with a new project that came in and I feel like I’m pretty much the only one doing the work. And on top of that my salary doesn’t reflect the work that I’m doing.

HYPOTHETICAL: Your divorce client found what is likely very illegal drugs in their spouse’s suitcase (they innocently borrowed the suitcase). There’s no legitimate chain of custody here for an arrest. How would you use this in the custody case? Would you simply have police pick it up from your office and fill out a report (knowing they won’t test the substance for a definitive conclusion)? Struggling so much with nausea that i don't know how do i focus on work. I had to an off from work yeaterday. Wonder how many days can i keep taking unplanned leaves like this. My supervisor is aware of the situation, but the client isnt. Its also leaving a bad impression with 3-4 unplanned leaves a month .

I interviewed with TCS 2 times in the past 1 month, Actually I recently completed 4 Years and last time when I cleared HR told me that you are getting CTC which we offer to a 3-4 experienced person but the interview which I recently cleared HR was different and she told me the same thing that for 4-5 years experienced person we offer the CTC which you are currently working on so we can match your CTC.
Can anyone suggest something on this how to negotiate?
