So I was hoping I could get some advice! I went through the interview process with a fintech company. At the end of all interviews the recruiter told me the manager was attempting to open a more junior role to better fit my experience but they weren’t sure “if or when she would get the approval”. The recruiter even asked if I was in the interview process with any other companies. This was 3 weeks ago, I followed up once, do I keep following up with the recruiter or do I drop it and move on??

I have received an offer from cognizant for the position of webMethods developer. I wanted to know about the work culture and what kind of project are there in cognizant for webMethods. I am not willing to work pure support projects. If someone can give an idea then it will be really helpful.

I am interviewing at D and two industry roles ( change management leads, on a team of change practitioners so not a leader of a coe).

Thinking of the role(s) after this next role (senior managers, directors), will it be a mis-step to never have done consulting/client services if many of the job posting list 3-5 years or more in consulting? I am currently RA L4 in Amazon with total 5 years of experience in Data science domain.. I aspire to transition to data scientist or SDE role within Amazon in future.

I am thinking of joining scalar academy to learn SDE skills. It will be very helpful if anyone who has attended the course can share any insights ?

How many years does it take usually from starting as M1 to be a Senior Manager in EY GDS? Also do people get to travel onsite in the Tech Consulting division? I have been hearing from most of the non EY guys that GDS is all about sitting in the back office and attending to EY onshore's requirements. No direct client interaction. Is it so?

Am currently working for a government consulting agency, but wishing to leave due to the way the project is being managed...I am in at least 4-5 hours of meetings a day, so barely have time to prepare for demos, preparation of slides for the client, nevermind being able to write decent stories(tickets)... Usually have to rush writing requirements, steps, etc, ...
