I’m stuck in limbo with my application. I completed all my interviews, received great feedback, recruiter said moving to offer stage then in August recruiter said there is a freeze. My role has not been deprioritized. In the last week I have seen some new postings that fit my background. Is it okay to apply or should I give my recruiter a heads up and see what he says. How tough is it to break into a FAANG PM role at mid-level if you have less prestigious experience? My highest paying job wont let me change schedules what should I do. I have 3 jobs. Job 1 is $57,008 a year job 2 is 23/hr job 3 is 22/hr job 1 and two are full time. Job 2 is very flexibly schedule as I’m home based. But I like job one but they won’t let you change your schedule until month 6 as it is considered a new position. They did not tell me my real schedule until after training and it’s causing a lot of depression working overnight on the weekend… what should I do?

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it.
