Recently got an offer for 80k at Morgan Stanley as a customer service associate. Can anyone provide some insight on where this offer lands (high low) in the entry level/csa marketplace? Located in a major city

how much package i can expect with total 6 year of experience includes web API development and 2 year of AWS experience on EC2, Fargate etc (certified with AWS developer) and 3 years of Onsite experience

Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. Doubting my decision to come to industry. Is this the norm? Feels really low as historically variable has been a big enough component for me to pay down loans/invest.
