I've got an offer from EPAM Systems with 30LPA.

Am aware of the layoffs that has happen recently and very much skeptical about joining the org. They were bcz of lack of projects to be assigned to resources.

Am done with client interview already and also mapped to a project as per my manager discussion. Am thinking will I still have another rounds of client interviews even after joining the org?

The other offer have is 4L less than than this from Valuelabs.

People jump ship all the time to get a better pay bump. I am happy with my current company but I want a back up plan in case this "temporary busy period" becomes permanent. Any suggestions on the art to find another job when you aren't in a desperate need for one? I've given written test for Open Text, it has been 2 weeks no response, Usually how long it will take to respond, let me know how many rounds of interview.
Skill set: Automation Testing, YOE: 5.8 yrs.

I keep starting huge projects or hobbies and being intensely into it for about 10 days/2 weeks, after which I forget about it and the project just lays around my house for months until I get interested in it again or I toss it out/donate it. It was fine when I was living alone but my partner is seriously frustrated with how messy the house gets and how much I spend on supplies for these things. How can I be less impulsive OR how can I stay motivated past the 10 day mark?? TIA

I have 5 YOE experience in total and 13 LPA CTC.
I shifted from Unix to Data Science 3 years back. My current org. is aware of this change.
I always did great and was appreciated by clients. But my company still considers me as a fresher and pays me less - as they are aware of my previous exp.

I don't have any issues with my current org - it has great WLB, client is very supportive and permanent remote role. The only problem is my pay.
Any suggestions for my problem?

Anyone quit their job without another job lined up? Considering this option and luckily smart with savings so not an issue financially for at least a year. But curious to hear others thoughts? I hate what I’m doing and it’s just not worth waking up everyday filled with dread and stress anymore. Tried applying to jobs but running low on steam and just need a reset to really figure out what I want to do next.

Hi all .. I have one doubt, as per EPAM Systems offer the joining bonus should have to return if we don’t serve 1 years active service… so can I complete 1 years with notice and left right after completing 1 year or I have to resign only after completing 1 year… please help.. it’s urgent.

I confronted my EPAM HR about these firings, revoking of offer letters etc. He says it's happening for Java and DevOps only due to over-hiring.
I am supposed to join in Python practice and supposedly everything is bright as a day there. I talked to several Python practice employees as well A2-A4 everyone seems to be very happy with the work and number of projects.
What is your review of the same ?
