Question for fellow work comp defense attorneys- are you also given a monthly 250 billable requirement? I feel like I spend more time working on making my billables rather than substantive work.

I have been offered a Manager role at KGS. YOE-10, Post MBA - 8. Should I expect AD role? If not what salary can I expect at M level?

Feel free to give advice. This is my first position out of college (MS in CS), wanted to be in a more technical role but took the position to get my foot in the door. BUT slowly becoming a spreadsheet warrior 😂 Been trying to get into more technical roles (AppSec, Sec Eng, Network Sec, etc) since I know some coding languages, have Sec+ and experience using various tools but cant seem to get anything. Advice? Am I running out of time to make a jump? (P.s. studying for OSWE)
