Currently got a job offer for a remote design position. The HR manager I'm in contact with mentioned getting hardware covered, but when asked, only mentioned cyber security?? How do I negotiate / try to coax out of them whether I can get remote hardware (laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.) provided through them?

I was lenient at first because of covid (they’re a smaller shop who does mostly experiential so I feel for them), so in the beginning of April I reached out and they told me I should get it end of month, but now that April is over they’re ghosting my emails.
