Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

I've heard that WLB can be difficult to maintain depending on what department you're in over there. Sounds like salaries can also be on the lower side so I'd imagine growth in that way is hard to achieve.
No idea about wlb but i thought being competitor of Qualcomm etc, it is supposed to be paymaster.
WLB totally depends on your manager/team. I know people who love it in terms of WLB. But there are also managers who work you to the bone.
