I just accepted a position negotiating transactions. I have lots of negotiating experience, as well as drafting experience. But I did that mainly litigating matters.
Can you describe the likely transition to all transactional? I have 24 YOE. I did this for growth. I’m also working on an MBA. (Hoping for leadership roles in the future).

EY offer letter compensation structure doesn't have any mention of gratuity? But its written below that "beside this you will be eligible for gratuity". Will it be deducted from the given compensation or it will be given in addition to given compensation????

My KPMG HR had verbally told me that I would be eligible for the relocation benefits once office resumes...and a annual bonus ranging from 10-30% of CTC

But there's no mention of that in the OL...

Shall I ask her to generate a new OL or not required?
