Want to get into Microsoft or Google as Program Manager. Have applied many times but have received no calls from the hiring team.

I would try to get a personal referral. It can make a really big difference. If you can't find one here, I would try Linked in :)
Have tried that. But still not receiving calls.
Try to connect on LinkedIn with someone who works in these companies and ask for a referral.
I think one requires some technical skills along with managerial skills to get into big tech companies.
Here are my 2 bits: in case you are not getting any calls from Big Tech, you can apply and join any product company first, such as Flipkart, Walmart, PhonePe, PayU, DE Shaw, etc.
Once you work there for 1 year (or maybe 6 months or so), start applying to FAANG and you will surely get calls. All the best!
