Worked hard whole month and earned a debt of INR 21k for TCS management decided to recover the digital component of my salary from last 2 months. My eyes are paining as I been working all day. I was not expecting a reward for my full time work in NP but nor did I expect this cheap trick. Hey TCS, why you begging. When I joined as fresher they tagged me as 5 year experience to client. They earned good money from my work. Still begging me money ripping me off. Real s|/\|ines 🐷🐖🐖

Hi guys, Its been almost 2 months since my interview happened. I got an email asking me to upload the docs just 2 days after the interview date. The documents are uploaded and also verified on the ibegin portal on 22nd Feb. The HR called later on 11th March for the basic discussion on the salary and since then it shows "evaluation in process", but nothing after that. The HR as usual didnt pick my call.

Earlier before pandemic the salary on an average was YOE x 2.5 means
5 yoe was 12.5 lacs appx and so on

Now it has just got increased by factor of 3 or 3.25 i.e. 8 year of work ex 8x3 = 24 -27 lacs

What do you think has led to this shift?

P.S : This is just a generalised observation. If you have different notion, it may be some availability bias.

It's been 2 months I have joined a new company. Here i'm unable to perform well all the time I feel insecure.
