What has gone wrong in Chicago in the last two years? There wasalways at least one major piece of work the whole world noticed, usually from Leo Burnett or Ogilvy. But the tone and energy of work from San Francisco and New York agencies is just light years ahead of Chicago now. It all just feels so mediocre and dated. Where is the groundbreaking idea? Accenture:
Role:Cloud migration and imp Analyst
Job Level: 11
CTC: 6 fixed + 1.26 Variable =7.26 Total
Also 60k joining bonus.

Wipro:
Designation: Administrator
Band : B2
CTC: 7.40 Fixed + 0.6 Variable =8 total

Total YOE: 2+ years (26 months)

Can someone please suggest me if i can still negotiate with Accenture for more CTC. If yes how much i should ask.

Also tell me its better to join which company on the basis of career and growth.

YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium All the 11 years I am with automation only. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp.
