Can't contribute to my company's 401K due to all being Haram. I had received laptop and joining kit from amex. Not joined and I want to return. I physically visited ggn and offered to return they declined that would be handled later. Asked them to pickup on 1st Aug. Repeatedly calling and mailing no response. I would be relocating to diff city on 17. Communicated that to HR already.
I don't want them to disturb me after 17th till diwali as I would not be available. They are not responding. I want to escalate finally. How to escalate this.

what is the salary offered by Deloitte for SAP ABAP developer these days, YOE-2 to 2.5

I joined Byju's 6 months back, as a Software Engineer.
At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

I don't feel like switching as my team here is good and secondly I don't wanna be a job hopper switching in just 6 months. Any advice?

Can HRs improve compensation after appraisal if the employee conveys that he expects a better package? Given that the employee good the best rating just the his current overall package is in the average range and not the best although he gets a good rating.
