I got selected in client project after 1 month of joining in Nagarro. So how much I'll get the allocation bonus.

Allocation bonus amount is 1 LPA.

Just found out someone reporting in to me has a higher salary. Has this happened to anyone else?

I’m convinced that the reason some of these firms are so prestigious is because they have intentionally exclusionary recruitment practices. I used to believe that you had to already be rich to get hired at MBB. Now being on the other side of the recruitment process , I really do feel that it rings true. I have started career in startup they gave salary in cash after 2years that I joined tcs as fresher and worked 1 year and now joining nagarro as experienced.

Will nagarro ask for my first company (startup) payslips ?? I got experienced and relieving letters from my startup.

I got offer in May and just noticed that PF is 12% of 15k. Can this be increased to 12% of basic once I join next month?
Any employees working and paying PF monthly can help clarify this please..
