I am a QA with some Automation Experience. I have 10 years of experience in QA world. How can I get a role in FAANG companies. Can someone give me some direction or steps?

Thoughts on these two positions: similar positions in terms of area of work. Both have largely similar hybrid schedule.

1 - Public F1000 that has been around longer. Bigger immediate team (more people above and below the proposed role - sounds like more support?).

2 - Company recently went public, so a lot of processes still need to be created. Smaller team (report directly to GC; and fewer people below to support the proposed role). Pay is more than No.1.

Just got laid off, could really use some help. 8 months experience in the generalist strategy practice if anyone knows someone hiring.

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!
