When is it time to give up on a job offer coming in and move on? Internal recruiter has been in constant contact with me and extremely positive, but the final decision seems to keep getting pushed off because they can’t get all the decision makers together to decide - 3 weeks now. Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Hr called on 13th Oct. Asked for details like exp ctc, yoe and np. At the end he asked some time to come with final figure. It's been 2 days. No updates after that. Also, once I told my expected ctc 7LPA for 3.2 yoe. He didn't ask for negotiations too. How long is good to wait before asking the hr.
