Actually i was underpaid i have 5.6 yr exp java, ms and my cctc-10 Lpa and i requested to 17 Lpa on the begining of interview and the same hr is said okey with this pakage.

Now she is telling only can provide 13lpa.. Next march i will get nearly 11lpa..

So what should i tell to convince to her? She will call after sometime🙌

In my current company my notice period was of 3months, which i have been serving since Aug ending in November basis offer by company C1, but I didnt like the offer nevertheless accepted it. Now got better offers, so is it advisable to ask them to renegotiate it? Since i like the role and tech stack. How do I go about it?

Currently lm not able to decide between 2 offers. Product management Offer 1: TransUnion 19lpa with 2lpa variable included in it. The job is in my hometown so I don't need to pay for rent or other additional living costs. (leaning towards coz nice industry) Offer 2: Kaplan 26 lpa fixed The job is in bangalore so there will expenses related to living and initial migration costs. Which is better from a future growth aspect (money wise) ? FinTech or Edtech? Which should I choose?
