im holding offers in Ey gds (tiruvandrum) and Expleo for RPA Developer and Expleo is in my home town and offers 1 lpa higher than EYGDS and my YOE : 3 also i would like to have a long term career with this move, help me with your suggestion?? interms of yearly hike and career prospectus.

So… I am working on a project with outside consultants that wraps up this week. I’m feeling some kind of “vibe” with one of the male consultants and I am wondering how to figure out if I am imagining things or whether there is actually something there. He lives is another state and it doesn’t seem likely our paths will cross again.

Any thoughts on what the 'full' transition to hybrid will look like? Do you think showing up in-person to the office would be required even if the client isn't requesting it? Partnership deal - is this a good deal?
I’m working on building a start-up. This requires an app and a website. A friend of mine has a web development company who can do the job for me very well and efficiently. He really likes my project and offered a partnership: i pay him $30k and he gets 20% equity.
He also gave me the option to be ‘treated as a client’ and deliver my project at a normal rate (about $80K), should I not want to partner.
