Hi all! I’m new! I started the year off planning to save for a home for myself, then rates skyrocketed. So we’re holding off. Does anyone know if the travel ban applies to intermediate stops in a banned country? From my understanding these don’t count as transits as the stops are purely for refueling purposes and you don’t get off the aircraft. Hello - I got approved for an H1B visa last June 2021 from an L1B visa. Does the my previous (2) years in L1B count towards my H1B? I got confused since my I-797A says it is valid from 10/2021 - 09/2024. Thanks!
