Hello - does anyone have any insight on salary range for an Senior IT auditor position?

Need some advice, please tell me what you would do / what you recommend I do. Have an offer that is a 50% pay increase from my current role. I’ve only been at my current firm for 10 months and was in my previous role 11 months. The jumps are easily explainable and this new role is as close to my “dream” role as it’ll get. Torn between accepting or staying bc of the job hopping.

Interviewed and was offered a job that has tons of growth potential and better area to live in. Offer is more money than what I make now but would require leaving everything I know behind and starting in a new state. Do employers typically negotiate within reason? I’m looking for 5% more than what was offered.

Any advice for getting started with / pursuing clients for PR freelancing as a side gig? I’m at an agency doing beauty PR full-time, but have been consulting on the side with small clients for a few years as opportunities arise. The extra cash has been nice and I’m finding myself wanting to ramp up freelance work until I can make a cushier salary (I’m currently AS level).
