2nd year here: When do you leave a firm because your not getting any work? I don’t want put details but it’s not due to lack of trying on my end. I’ve also been told I do good work and people like working with me. We also hired too many people this past year and partners hoard hours for bigger bonus. How long do I stick it out? Earlier this month I talked with my boss and her boss about me pivoting into Strategy. They were both excited (said it made sense) and supportive. We had a new GSD join our team this month as well, so they announced my pivot to the broader team. But since then, nothing has happened. Has anyone here used the "Read Scripture" app? It goes through the entire Bible and includes accompanying summary videos from "The Bible Project" (whose videos can also be found on YouTube). I love how it groups portions of Scripture and the videos are helpful for making meaningful connections with the text. I love these for myself, but they're super kid-friendly, too.
