Anyone faced the photo Id got rejected issue.
Reason : incorrect background.
Even after changing my photo background to dark grey they keep on rejecting it. Does it needs to be completely formal as in blazer tie and all. Is photo with light colorshirt not .
Ps: I have a passport size pic with white background used online background changer to change it to dark grey.

Any suggestions on how to get an adjunct teaching role at a university. Don't need money or prestige. I enjoy teaching and gives me something to do when I retire in ~10 yrs. Many colleagues who do this are big alumni donors. My Alma mater is too far away to be practical option. Cognizant gave me offer letter based on my relevant experience of 41 months, however when I filled the BGV, the total experience came out to be 57 months. I wrote to HRs but no response from them.

My LWD was 21 Nov but my HR called me yesterday and said they gonna preponed my LWD to today and received resignation acceptance mail with revised date..

Thing is I have joining on 23 Nov in CTS. I am planning to preponed to this Friday.

Absolutely rubbish management and appraisal cycle, after 10 months of rating and reviews, hikes are just announced, not even disclosed how much % for how much rating. They just kill your interests by giving you a support project where there is no growth in your earlier career days when you need them the most and want employees to to work for 10 hours.
