Or all the 8hrs shall be charged to bench only?
Or Can I charge all the 8hrs to L&D?

I had technical interview for Cognizant which I cleared, they asked for documents for HR round which i submitted. But since then I haven't heard from there.

TCS is ready to match the CTS offer but need counter offer letter, which right now I dnt have.

I am confused as I dnt want to join TCS this early of my career but also looking for job security.
