Currently sitting on an offer for a intro/mid-level design engineer in the Raleigh-Durham Area and wanted to get an idea of the average paybands, online sites have such a large range (50k-400k) that it is hard to narrow in on a price to start negotiating

Offered exit from a large UK company with a 25% base bump (almost matching the total comp based on expected bonus at the dog year - in 7 months). At the same time, advancing discussions with FAANG with strong buy signals (verbal comp at similar levels). Team at the non-FAANG really want me to join them and I see great development opportunities and interesting projects.

I have my 3rd out of 4 interviews today for an internal transfer. This position wouldn’t be a promotion but rather a lateral move. 4 interviews? That’s more than an outside hire, the whole reason I’m being considered is my unique value I’ll be bringing to that department.

Yoe: 4+ years

KPMG : 18 LPA fixed+ medical allowance+ gratuity, profile: consultant, tech: devops

Workday: 21 LPA fixed + 7.5 LPA worth allowances (stocks and medical claims)
Profile: bt infrastructure engineer, tech: AWS (probably devops components included)

Please note workday does not share salary breakup and 7.5 LPA worth allowances are for everyone. It also has hybrid model.

Hence I joined the company but I was skeptical because it is product based food package manufacturing company. this is my 3 rd company.yoe -3.5 .net developer. I was not going to switch because my earlier work was nice. Current with this different industry i feel if I took right decision and will it be ok if I switch again or should I wait for some time.
