Hi, i was interviewed at cognizant and after HR asked me to fill CIS form to get into HR round. It's been a month, i didn't get any call from HR. I tried sending emails to HR multiple times but no use. Do i still get the call from HR ?

After resignation now Cognizant is saying that they will match the package and an assurance of onsite in 2022 (may or may not be true); what will be correct action? In terms of job security, WLB?
