It was not structured - very conversational. The PPMD is essentially trying to gauge whether the person has executive presence and able to have a discussion with the client. Just have a few questions ready, but let the conversation flow. Good luck!

It’s a usually a formality. This is the person who will be signing off on your hire, and they want to know you’re normal and a fit for the practice. It will be driven by the personality of the particular PMD. I think mine took the call from the car lol

Agree with the other posts. They want to make sure you are a fit, will deliver, and help the offering grow. Mostly just to make sure your not an as&hole or toxic.

Very conversational. I actually really enjoyed it. They had some structured behavioral questions but a lot of it was just seeing if you were someone who could hold a conversation/someone they could see on their team.

Anyone here work for any of the LBMC offices in Tennessee and willing to share their experience? So a company I interviewed with took me to the final round but rejected me for an architect role. Then, two months later the hiring manager hits me up for a manager role he thought I would be a good fit before the job was posted. We had a call and he said he thought I would be a long shot replying back to him. Also, he said everyone liked me and no need to interview. He said he has to post it and let HR do their thing before he can make a final decision. Why post a job if you want me for it?

I gave interview for Technical Manager in Wipro. JD was leaning heavily on architect side. The interview was boring, and the main focus was on team building. All my answers were technical in nature, which did not impress the interviewer. He said, he is just looking where I can fit in the organisation. I doubt they will just put me on hold. Can anyone help me understand, or share similar experience with Wipro if they had.

Can anyone provide insight into IA roles for credit unions and insurance companies? Been interviewing and I’m unsure. For the credit union, I would be the only IA as it’s a new role they’ve created - they haven’t had any IA’s in the past as the duties were shared between depts. I would report directly to CEO. For the insurance company. The department consists of 3 senior auditors and a manager. I would report to the manager. They both seemed to be slower paced than PA which is what I want.

Had a third interview with CEO of tech startup last week. Now the HR manager emails me saying she wants me to 'hop on a call' with the CFO tomorrow. I already interviewed with him for the second interview. I'm not sure what to expect, it doesn't make sense that I would have another interview with him but I'm not sure what else it would be. Any ideas?

Hi Fishes, I got a call from a TCS manager last week and he interviewed me saying he received my CV from an external source. He shared his tcs email id, asked me to make minor modifications in the CV and then there will be a client interview. He said he will get back to me. I reached out to him 2 days later and he informed they were evaluating my eligibility with TCS. It has been 4 days since that and I have not heard from them. What does this actually mean? TIA.
