Ladies, esp ladies of color, please please please negotiate your salaries! I didn’t for my first two jobs and I CONSTANTLY felt underpaid, which turned out to be true for both positions. Let me tell you, negotiating a salary is absolutely terrifying, I was shaking the whole time. BUT. That one twelve minute conversation earned me an extra few thousand dollars a year that I would not have otherwise gotten. Please don’t let white men make more than you just because you don’t wanna ask/look greedy!

EPAM has asked me to solve a coding challenge I am nervous to solve it as I am a manual tester and have no experience in coding BUT, I have been studying coding in selenium on my own still not confident enough.
