Final round happened on 9th may 23 in Novartis but still not received any feedback. I followed up with HR but she keep on saying feedback is positive but Panel are still interviewing.
Usually how much time Novartis takes to provide feedback for final round

Just lateralled as a mid level to a biglaw arbitration practice - the team is busy but 2 weeks in most of my work is nonbillable BD related work like helping the partner with RFPs and upcoming webinars. Just wondering whether this is normal as a new lateral and if as a mid level I should expect to get involved with more BD as a general thing even as actual work ramps up. Hello my mother is in Delhi and has Covid. Her fever hovers around between101 and 103. It’s the 7th day now (until 3 days ago, the fever was actually around 99-101). She has been on Paracetamol 650.
