Yay or nay on thank you emails after an interview for an attorney position?

As a copywriter, I often feel the need to provide more value to the team outside of just writing. Because whether it’s always true or not, writing is one of those things that even a strategist or an AD can do really well. I always feel the need to compensate. Does anyone else feel that way and how do you manage that?

Started a new job about a month ago at a REAALLY good firm. The overall job is very difficult and tough to learn. I’m somewhat understanding it but having a hard time, the support/training is there but at the end of the day having a hard time with trying to grasp it all. Would really appreciate any advice on organization/staying focused or trying to learn a new job and staying optimistic without looking weak.
